If you are not completely satisfied with your sunscreen within 60 days of delivery, contact us and we will make it right. No hoops to jump through. No lengthy back and forth. Just a straightforward resolution, whether that is a replacement, store credit, or a full refund. Returns
For all Revita sunscreen products we accept returns on full-priced items within 60 days of delivery. Items must be unopened, unused and in their original condition with all seals and packaging intact. Any item showing signs of use, opening, or damage will not be accepted.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges on full-priced items within 60 days of delivery, subject to stock availability. If the item you want is no longer in stock, store credit will be issued.
Sale Items
All sale and discounted items are final sale. They cannot be returned, exchanged or credited. Please choose carefully.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
